A horse-drawn carriage turns a corporate Christmas party into an event people remember. AJ Carriage and Livery brings the carriage, the horses and uniformed drivers to your company holiday event across North Carolina and metro Atlanta — for guest rides through the evening, a grand arrival for a VIP or executive, or a photo centerpiece by the tree. We have served the region for more than 20 years, and every quote is personal.

Why a carriage at your company holiday party

Corporate events compete for attention, and a horse-drawn carriage is the thing guests photograph and remember. It works three ways: as a rolling attraction that gives guests short rides through the evening, as a grand entrance for a keynote speaker or guest of honor, and as a fixed photo moment that fills your event’s social feed. The pace is slow, the setting is festive, and the carriage does the work of a centerpiece without a stage or a screen.

Ways companies use the carriage

  • Guest rides. A carriage cycles small groups through short loops across the party, so attendees get a turn through the night.
  • Grand arrivals. A horse-drawn entrance for an executive, an award winner or a special guest.
  • Photo centerpiece. A staged carriage and horse by the tree or entrance for branded photos and guest snapshots.
  • Client and VIP experiences. A quiet ride for key clients or leadership away from the crowd.

What the service includes

The carriage, the horses and the uniformed drivers come as one professional service. Your guests ride while our drivers handle the horses — a hands-off, worry-free addition to your event. We plan the staging area, timing and route with your event team in advance, and coordinate with your venue on access and any required documentation.

Where we serve corporate events

The carriage comes to your venue across our service area:

  • Charlotte metro — Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Huntersville, Concord, Gastonia
  • The Triangle — Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville
  • The Sandhills — Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen
  • Metro Atlanta — for holiday events by arrangement

The service areas page lists every area we cover.

How much does a corporate Christmas booking cost?

There is no flat price, because no two events ask for the same thing. The quote depends on the number of carriages and horses, how long they are on site, how many guest rides you want, the distance and the venue. A single grand arrival costs less than an evening of continuous guest rides. The pricing guide shows how the options are structured, and asking for a quote on the reservation page carries no obligation.

How far ahead should you book?

December is our busiest month and corporate dates are taken first-come, so book as early as you can. Events with fixed dates, larger scope or venue insurance requirements should reach out several weeks ahead. If you have a date in mind, check it now before it is taken.

Book your corporate Christmas event

Tell us the date, the venue and what you have in mind — guest rides, an arrival or a photo centerpiece — and we will come back with a plan and a quote. Request a quote for your company holiday event whenever you are ready, or call 1-980-980-1211.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate Christmas carriage booking cost?

There is no flat price. The quote depends on how many carriages and horses you need, how long the driver and carriage are on site, the number of guest rides, the distance, and the venue. Larger events with continuous rides are priced differently from a single grand arrival. Ask for a personal quote on the reservation page — it carries no obligation.

How many guests can ride during our holiday party?

Each classic vis-à-vis carriage seats up to six at a time, including on shorter loop rides that cycle guests through the evening. For larger headcounts we can discuss the timing and number of carriages that fit your event.

How far ahead should a company book a December event?

As early as possible. December is our busiest season and dates are taken first-come. Corporate events with fixed dates and larger scope should book several weeks out; popular evenings go sooner.

Where do you serve corporate holiday events?

Across the Charlotte metro, the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary), the Sandhills (Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Pinehurst) and metro Atlanta. Tell us your venue and we will plan around it.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?

Yes. Many venues and corporate clients require documentation. Mention it when you request a quote and we will coordinate what your venue needs.

What happens if the weather turns on our event date?

The team watches the forecast and works with you on a shorter route, a change of timing, or a covered staging spot. If conditions become unsafe for the horses or guests, rides pause until they improve.
