By purchasing a booking slot on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following no refund policy:

We can try to perform service another date or ride in the rain but if any unsafe condition arises all service will be halted until better conditions improve. Please understand that reservations made to transport carriage and horses have other expenses attached so for that reason alone we can’t refund a booking due to the weather.
Calls made to your number listed to make purchase that go unanswered count as a NO Show and will not be refunded!
Rebooking is at the discretion of on call managers. Please note that your reservation is not final until you have received a approval email if it is still pending you need to call us at 1-888-334-6199 to see why your reservation has not been approved yet. All reservations subject to Identification and Ride Checks and Service can be refuse for any reason deem necessary by AJCarriage Staff including unsafe actions by riders and there parties so please for your safety adhere to drivers advice and safety precautions.
