We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to reschedule or cancel your booking. However, due to the high demand for our services and the limited availability of our booking slots, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on our platform.

Live Animal Policy: Please understand our service revolve around the care and transport of our Animal as your safely is our number one concern if a horse throws a shoe and is unable to complete service we reserve the right to reschedule to a later date to provide services. Things like these are a Act of nature and we cannot control when they arise but we are committed to great experience for our riders! Other issue can be a factor such a birth or injury to animal in this case we reserve the right to provide service at a later date and time or refund 25% of the booked price. once time slot is book we can resale it Thank you for understanding!

By purchasing a booking slot on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following no refund policy:

All purchases are final Weather does not change Reservation and we can not Refund do to bad weather!

We can try to perform service another date or ride in the rain but if any unsafe condition arises all service will be halted until better conditions improve. Please understand that reservations made to transport carriage and horses have other expenses attached so for that reason alone we can’t refund a booking due to the weather.

All additional Riders added after final reservation will be subject to adult pricing regardless of child or adult rider

Calls made to your number listed to make purchase that go unanswered count as a NO Show and will not be refunded!

Rebooking is at the discretion of on call managers. Please note that your reservation is not final until you have received a approval email if it is still pending you need to call us at 1-980-980-1211 to see why your reservation has not been approved yet. All reservations subject to Identification and Ride Checks and Service can be refuse for any reason deem necessary by AJCarriage Staff including unsafe actions by riders and there parties so please for your safety adhere to drivers advice and safety precautions.
